When we created Silverwood Farm apartments in 1993, we wanted to make a community that had all of the comforts and conveniences of an apartment in the city, but with a serene location among the pastoral beauty of Calvert County. After all, we knew we were building it for real people like you. Our goal was to fit into the landscape of the countryside and add something unique to Prince Frederick, and make it into a real community where you can live your life as you want. And, of course, a place that felt like home, with all of the conveniences and comforts you would want in a place to live.

Enter Silverwood Farm and experience a comfortable community, attentive resident service and monthly resident events and get-togethers, including Bingo, drive through breakfast, pool parties, ice cream social for kids, movie night for kids, Halloween candy giveaway and more. In fact, we have nine residents that have lived here since we first opened. And thats the kind of community we want Silverwood Farm to be for all of our residents, one in which they love and want to stay in.
