Silverwood Farm Income Eligibility
Silverwood Farm is a Tax-Credit (affordable housing) community. In order to qualify for this affordable program, annual household income cannot exceed the income maximum based on the apartment size and number of people that will occupy the apartment home. Please contact the leasing office, and a member of our team will help guide you through the income verification process.
Qualifications
To determine income eligibility, a member of the Silverwood Leasing and Management Team will complete:
An interview with you to determine all your sources of income.
Verification of all sources of income. A member of our team will help guide you through this process.
All sources of income will be considered in the calculations, including income from interest, investments, capital gains, child support, alimony, social security, disability benefits, etc. If your total household income does not exceed the maximum income amount, your application will be “Income Eligible”.
