Silverwood Farm participates in the Affordable Housing Program, and all of our applications require two steps in the approval process.

1) Submit your application for credit & criminal screening online.
2) Once the initial application is pre-approved, a member of our leasing team will reach out to guide you through the income verification process. All forms of income must be verified and cannot exceed the household income maximum.
